Berkeley² Academy Online Pre-Registration Form

This form is for new parents and students! If you have already filled out this form and are wanting to register for a new program, then you do not need to fill it out again. Just reach out to your front desk and they will help you register!

During our office hours, an Office Manager will call you to discuss your registration details including tuition and help you finalize registration. You will be sent an invoice email that will provide you with instructions to pay by card, Zelle, cash, or check. There will be an added 3% processing fee for all credit/debit card payments (there is no fee for Zelle payments).

If you prefer to pay with check or cash, you may arrange for a drop-off.

After the registration is finalized, you will be emailed instructions for your next steps.
